I stayed here 1 night and liked it. The staff were very amiable and an absolute pleasure. Next to a train station, the location was unbeatable and particularly good, close to transport. Plus, main attraction such as Zamzam Well was 2 km from this hotel.

The budget queen room was neat. Shared bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to the train station and the boat area, beautiful surroundings and Luzern. It also was close to transport.

Such a lovely place! The shared lounge is perfect for bonding with fellow guests. And the sun terrace? Oh, it's just spectacular! Can't wait to hike, visit Titlis, Grindelwald, AND Interlaken in one day!

Who needs soundproofing anyway? I just loved hearing all the conversations from the other rooms.

The rooms at Budget Rooms Pilatusbahn - Alpnachstad have a cozy feel, with a shared bathroom that was always clean. The free toiletries and bed linen made me feel like I was staying in a home away from home. The wardrobe in the rooms was a bonus for keeping my belongings organized.

I would have liked if the rooms had private bathrooms, but that's just my personal preference.
